Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern the conditions for booking and/or purchasing services offered on the website (accommodations, workshops, meals, etc.), depending on the services actually available.

Booking is made via the online form. A confirmation may be sent by email to the address provided.

The provider reserves the right to refuse a request in case of unavailability or for legitimate reasons.

Prices are shown in euros including tax (all taxes included). Rates include applicable VAT and are displayed on each product page. A tourist tax may be applied depending on the region.

The rates in effect at the time of booking apply. Any price changes will be updated on the website. The provider reserves the right to adjust prices with 30 days notice before taking effect. Please note: a tourist tax will be charged on site.

Payment is made securely via Stripe, an approved payment provider.

Accepted payment methods: Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe.
Payment data is never stored on our servers. Stripe complies with PCI-DSS standards for transaction security.

Cancellations must be made in writing to alfermette@gmail.com. Refund terms vary depending on the cancellation deadline.

• Cancellation more than 15 days before arrival: 100% refund
• Cancellation 7 days before: 50% refund, 50% fee
• Cancellation less than 48H: 100% forfeited

Date changes must be requested at least 21 days before arrival, with no additional fee if availability permits.

• Check-in / check-out times:
  Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out before 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late checkout may be granted upon request at no guarantee depending on availability (+20€).
• Maximum capacity:
  Caravan: 2 people max. | Yurt: 4 people max. | Children are welcome.
• Pets:
  Pets are not allowed except with prior agreement.
• House rules / respect for the premises:
  Guests agree to respect the premises, others\’ property.
• Security deposit:
  A security deposit of €100 is required on arrival, fully refundable after inspection.

The provider cannot be held liable for indirect damages. Liability is limited as provided by law.

In case of force majeure, performance of obligations may be suspended.

Consumer mediation:
In case of unresolved dispute, you may contact a mediator. The competent mediator for tourist accommodations in France can be consulted via the EU Alternative Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be determined according to applicable rules.
